In view of the lack of geospatial information data display in many investment information systems, this paper designs online and offline operation modes with spatial geographic information as the carrier by comprehensive use of geographic information technolo-gy, mobile Internet and database technology. It is convenient for users to use spatial information services anytime and anywhere, and it can meet the work needs of users at all levels, effectively improve the work efficiency of government personnel, and provide informa-tion auxiliary means for attracting investment and showcasing the urban landscape.
