村组界线测绘数据库管理系统的设计与实现

针对四川省某市约500 km2村组界线测绘项目,设计研发了一套村组界线测绘数据库管理系统,包括权限管理、工程管理、数据管理和成果输入输出四大模块.该系统基于.NET framework平台,利用数据库存储服务,解决图属分离的结构化和非结构化数据管理问题,实现桌面端、服务端功能研发.系统实现批量、高效导入基础格式数据,存储在后台数据库内,可方便地实现数据的入库、增加、查询、修改、报表一体化输出等功能,有效缓解了大量数据、多种类、长工期跨度的项目管理成本,为项目的数字成果归档管理提供了技术支撑,提升了生产效率.
Design and Implementation of Database Management System for Village Boundary Surveying and Mapping
According to the project of village boundary surveying and mapping about 500 km2 in SiChuan province, a database manage-ment system for village boundary surveying and mapping was designed and developed, including four modules: authority management, project management, data management and input and output of results. Based on the .NET framework platform, the system used data-base storage service to solve the problem of structured and unstructured data management of graph and ownership separation, and real-ized the function development of desktop and server. The system realizes batch and efficient import of basic format data, which is stored in the backend database. It can conveniently implement functions such as data storage, addition, query, modification, and in-tegrated report output, effectively alleviating project management costs of large amounts of data, multiple types, and long duration spans, providing technical support for the archiving management of digital achievements of the project, and improving production effi-ciency.
