摘要

随着智慧城市、数字孪生城市的提出和快速发展,传统二维规划系统已无法满足当前城市规划审批管理的工作需求.本文从三维空间角度出发,利用GIS、三维可视化、数据库等技术,基于Super Map软件平台,搭建三维规划审批管理系统,实现三维展示、三维控制盒管理、三维规划审批管理和三维规划分析管理等功能,极大提高了规划审批效率,弥补了传统二维审批手段的不足,对完善城市发展布局、提升城市综合竞争力具有重要意义.

Abstract

With the proposal and rapid development of smart city and digital twin city, the traditional 2D planning system has been un-able to meet the current needs of urban planning approval management. From the perspective of 3D space, this paper uses GIS, 3D vi-sualization, database and other technologies to build 3D planning approval management system based on the Super Map software plat-form, and realizes functions such as 3D display, 3D control box management, 3D planning approval management and 3D planning a-nalysis management, which greatly improves the efficiency of planning approval. It makes up for the shortcomings of traditional 2D ex-amination and approval methods, and has great significance for improving the layout of urban development and enhancing the compre-hensive competitiveness of cities.
