摘要

为解决危旧房屋信息化低、管理效率低等问题,实现危旧房屋精细化、科学化和智能化管理和监测,提出了利用GIS、北斗卫星定位、4G/5G以及物联网等先进技术,搭建危旧房屋动态监控系统建设方案.阐述了系统建设的框架设计、数据库设计以及功能实现等内容,实现了危旧房屋数据资源"一张图"展示、危旧房屋从数据采集、鉴定到处置全周期管理和动态监测,有效地提高了危旧房屋管理水平.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of low informationization and low management efficiency of dilapidated houses and realize the fine, scientific and intelligent management and monitoring of dilapidated houses, the construction scheme of dynamic monitoring sys-tem of dilapidated houses is proposed by using GIS, Beidou satellite positioning, 4G/5G and Internet of Things and other advanced technologies. This paper expounds the framework design, database design, and functional implementation of the system construction, and realizes the display of dilapidated house data resources in one map. The management and dynamic monitoring of dilapidated hou-ses throughout the entire cycle from data collection, identification to disposal have effectively improved the level of dilapidated house management.
