3D Real Estate Information Management Platform Development and Key Technology Research
With the development of real estate information management to refinement and three-dimensional, the traditional 2D man-agement mode can no longer meet the needs, and it is urgent to build a 3D real estate information management platform. This paper u-ses advanced technologies such as 3D GIS and oblique photography to build a 3D real estate database integrating 3D real scene model, topographic map, stratified household map and real estate registration data for two types of houses and land real estate data, and devel-ops a 3D real estate information management platform to realize the upgrade of real estate information management from 2D to 3D, thereby improving the scientific, informational and refined management level of real estate.
