The measurement mark data management system is the basis for realizing the informatization of the measurement mark man-agement, and the basis for the collection, summarization, query statistics, and decision analysis of the measurement mark data. This paper introduces in detail the design and development of the survey mark data management system with Visual Studio as the develop-ment platform, C# as the programming language, combined with the Microsoft Office Access database management system and ArcGIS Engine. The system realizes the functions of inputting, storing, summarizing and analyzing the basic information of surveying mark in-spection, trusteeship, maintenance and repair, etc., which greatly improves the informatization ability of surveying mark data manage-ment.
