针对新建盾构隧道下穿施工而导致运营隧道结构变形的问题,利用全站仪构建自动化监测系统,对施工期间运营隧道关键节点典型断面的监测数据进行分析和精度评定.本次盾构下穿期间,运营隧道道床沉降整体呈现抬升趋势,管片收敛呈现扩张趋势,道床位移呈现向盾构推进方向运动的趋势.通过人工复核对自动监测系统进行精度评估,结果表明自动化监测与人工复核整体偏差在1 mm内,全站仪自动化监测系统为地铁运营安全风险评估提供测量技术支撑,通过某地铁盾构隧道施工监测的数据分析,验证了全站仪自动化监测系统的可行性和有效性.
The application of Total Station in Deformation Monitoring of Shield Tunneling During Construction and Operation
In view of the structural deformation of the operating tunnel caused by the underpass construction of the new shield tunnel, an automatic monitoring system is constructed by using the total station to analyze and evaluate the accuracy of the monitoring data of the typical sections of the key nodes of the operating tunnel during the construction period. During the shield tunneling, the ballast bed settlement of the operating tunnel shows an overall lifting trend, the segment convergence shows an expansion trend, and the ballast bed displacement shows a trend of moving in the direction of shield propulsion. The accuracy of the automatic monitoring system is e-valuated by manual review, the results show that the overall deviation between automatic monitoring and manual review is within 1mm. The total station automatic monitoring system provides measurement technical support for subway operation safety risk assessment. Through the data analysis of a subway shield tunnel construction monitoring, the feasibility and effectiveness of the total station auto-matic monitoring system are verified.
