Ecological Analysis and Assessment of Nine Cities along the Yellow River in Shandong Province
In order to reveal the spatial and temporal changes of ecological quality of nine cities along the Yellow River from 2000 to 2020,this study used GEE platform to calculate remote sensing ecological index(RSEI)based on MODIS product imageset, and combined with Theil-Sen Median to analyze the trend of ecological quality in the study area. The results show as follows:1)From 2000 to 2020,the overall RSEI of nine cities along the Yellow River shows a neutral and good grade, and the RSEI in the south is higher than that in the north, and the west is higher than the east. The overall development of ecological environment quality is impro-ving.2)The area of RSEI improvement accounted for 65.78%of the total area ofnine cities along the Yellow River, and the area of significant improvement accounted for 18.40%.The area of RSEIdecrease accounted for 20.33%of the total area of the study area, and the area of significant decrease accounted for only 0.27%.The results show that the ecological quality of nine cities along the Yellow River has improved overall and degraded locally. The results can provide some references for the study of regional eco-environ-mental governance.
