摘要

为了克服传统地理信息平台的不足,本文面向实景三维中国建设总目标,研究和探索新时代背景下的地理信息时空云平台建设方法,分别研究了实景三维模型建设、时空数据融合和支持服务建设,并以上海市长宁区为例进行应用实践,取得了一定成效.本文所研究建设方法对实景三维中国背景下的地理信息平台升级建设具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract

This paper aims to address the limitations of conventional geographic information platforms by focusing on the general objec-tive of developing a realistic 3D representation of China.It explores and investigates the construction approach for a geographic infor-mation spatio-temporal cloud platform in the current era.Moreover,it examines the creation of a realistic 3D model,the fusion of spatio-temporal data,and the establishment of supporting services.The Changning District of Shanghai is utilized as a case study to demonstrate practical applications,highlighting the achieved level of effectiveness.The research conducted in this paper holds signifi-cant relevance for the enhancement and development of geographical information platforms within the context of a realistic 3D represen-tation of China.
