摘要

自然资源管理日常业务工作分散在不同部门,存在遥感监测变化与日常业务管理工作脱节、实地核查重复、工序流程重复等问题.通过统筹日常业务流程与调查监测使之协调统一,开展基于自然资源业务的日常变更调查方法研究,实现监测类型与业务代码的关联,推动年度变更调查向日常变更调查转变,利用统一的监测平台,以日常业务流程结果认定涉及变化的图斑地类,形成动态监测与业务管理双向驱动的日常国土变更调查方法.

Abstract

The daily business work of natural resources management is scattered in different departments,there are problems such as the disconnection between remote sensing monitoring changes and daily business management,the duplication of on-site verification,and the duplication of working procedures.By coordinating and unifying daily business process and survey and monitoring,carry out research on daily change investigation methods based on natural resources business,this paper realizes the correlation between monito-ring types and business codes,promotes the transformation of annual change survey into daily change investigation,and identifies the patch and land types involved in changes based on the results of daily business process using a unified monitoring platform.A method of daily land change survey driven by dynamic monitoring and business management is formed.
