Design and Implementation of Smart Village Management Platform
Taking the rural construction of Yuhang District in Hangzhou as an example,we can learn from the achievements of urban smart construction application,use modern information technology and GIS related technologies to innovate smart village construction,and build an integrated platform for eliminating the dual pattern of urban and rural areas and realizing the integrated development of ur-ban and rural areas.The platform combines the construction idea of"twin city"and adopts multi-source data fusion technology to build a"one map"of digital villages,which realizes the unified management of rural natural features,rural natural resources,tourist attractions,and planned land conditions;it uses rural grids management,improves the long-term mechanism of rural management,improves the management level,and promotes the informatization of social management.The platform construction makes up for the deficiencies in the use of information resources,the degree of informatization,and public service capabilities in the construction of the goal of common prosperity in the villages.The smart village management platform provides a paradigm for the construction of smart vil-lage management platform and theoretical support for advanced development and new urbanization construction in Hangzhou.
