In recent years,with the improvement of people's living standards,people's requirements for health are increasing day by day.How to rationalize the spatial distribution of medical facilities,improve the level of medical services,and narrow urban and re-gional differences has become an important part of the government's work.Therefore,this paper takes the urban area of Dalian as the research object,analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of medical institutions in the urban area of Dalian by using kernel den-sity analysis,average nearest neighbor and other methods,and analyzes the accessibility and spatial correlation of medical facilities in Dalian by using two-step mobile search method(2SFCA)and hot spot analysis methods,which plays a certain auxiliary role in the e-valuation of the spatial distribution and service level of medical institutions in the urban area of Dalian.
