In the context of smart city construction,smart real estate,as an important part of smart city construction,still has problems such as independant system construction,low efficiency of business approval and difficult data sharing.Therefore,in order to realize the integration and mining of real estate data and the collaborative processing of real estate business on a unified information platform,the construction scheme of building an intelligent real estate integrated information platform is proposed.In this paper,GIS,"Internet+","big data analysis"and BPM are used to discuss the whole life cycle management process of real estate,and the platform con-struction framework,database,key technologies and function realization are described,providing reference for other cities to carry out the informatization construction of smart real estate.
