This paper adopts key technologies such as spatial rule engine technology,spatial service hierarchical management and con-trol technology,and big data analysis technology to build a"one map"implementation supervision information system for territorial spatial planning in Zhangzhou to realize the application of"one map",implementing auxiliary decision-making,analysis and evalua-tion application,results review and management,monitoring evaluation and early warning application and other subsystems,which ef-fectively manage the whole cycle of planning and provide strong informatization support for planning and decision-making.
