Application of Low Altitude Oblique Photogrammetry Fused with Laser Point Cloud in the Renovation of Old Cities
The renovation and improvement of old residential areas is an important project related to people's well-being.In the reno-vation of old cities, efficient and accurate collection of spatial data of target buildings is of great significance for project cost account-ing,planning and design.Common 3D laser scanning and oblique photogrammetry techniques have some limitations due to the scan-ning angle and image distortion. In this paper, the point cloud data obtained by the mobile three-dimensional laser scanner and the point cloud data generated by the low-altitude oblique photogrammetry were fused. The research results show that the accuracy of the facade result map drawn by the comprehensive measurement method proposed in this paper is significantly improved, and the efficiency is still higher than that of the traditional total station method, which has a certain reference value for improving the quality of the old city renovation project.
