为了探索测绘新技术在建筑物竣工测量中的应用前景,本文将手持式激光扫描仪应用到建筑物竣工测量中.首先通过ZEB-REVO RT手持式激光扫描仪外业采集试验区点云数据,通过内业点云数据解算、点云数据处理与点云坐标转换得到满足生产要求的激光点云数据;其次,基于点云数据进行建筑物地形提取与编辑;最后,通过传统高精度测绘成果精度检验手段对基于点云数据制作的竣工地形成果进行精度检验.试验结果表明:基于移动手持式激光点云数据制作完成的建筑物竣工成果点位平面精度为±3.7 cm,边长中误差为±2.3 cm,满足《城市测量规范》中的精度要求.
Building Completion Survey Based on Handheld Laser Scanner System
In order to explore the application prospect of new surveying and mapping technology in building completion survey,this pa-per applies handheld laser scanner to building completion survey.Firstly,the point cloud data in the test area are collected by the ZEB-REVO RT handheld laser scanner in the field,and the laser point cloud data meeting the production requirements are obtained through the indoor point cloud data calculation,point cloud data processing and point cloud coordinate conversion;secondly,it con-ducts building terrain extraction and editing based on point cloud data;finally,through the traditional accuracy verification method of high-accuracy mapping results,the accuracy verification of completed terrain results based on point cloud data is carried out.The ex-perimental results show that the point position planimetric accuracy of the completed building based on the mobile handheld laser point cloud data is±3.7 cm,and the mean square error of side length is±2.3 cm,which meets the accuracy requirements in the code for urban surveying.
