无人机倾斜摄影在工程项目管理决策中的应用探索

利用旋翼无人机为数据获取平台,结合倾斜摄影测量、三维可视化建模和BIM模型构建等技术,将工程施工现场展现到计算机上.通过与工程数据结合,有效地对场地布设、施工进展和施工安全等方面实施管控.实验对某电站工程区进行原始地形测量与三维建模,并开展了工程项目管理应用研究,结果表明,无人机倾斜摄影测量能较好地提升工程项目管理水平,提高工程建设质量,具有一定的工程应用价值.
Application of UAV Oblique Photogrammety in Engineering Project Management Decision
In this paper,the rotor UAV is used as data acquisition platform,combined with oblique photogrammetry,three-dimension-al visual modeling and BIM model construction technology to display the construction site on computer.By combining with engineering data,the site layout,construction progress and construction safety are effectively controlled.The experiment carried out the original topographic survey and three-dimensional modeling of a power station project area,and the application of project management was studied.The results show that UAV oblique photogrammetry can better improve the project management level,improve project con-struction quality,and has certain engineering application value.
