摘要
高精度地图是自动驾驶产业的重要基础技术,已逐步成为自动驾驶领域研究的热点.高精度地图测绘活动涉及的地理信息数据关乎国家战略安全和核心利益,高精度地图相关企业和从业人员,应当充分认识到安全合规的重要性和紧迫性.本文从自动驾驶高精度地图安全合规的角度出发,梳理了高精度地图全流程中涉及的相关法律法规,提出了安全合规建议,以期为高级别自动驾驶的商业化落地提供参考.
Abstract
High-precision map is an important basic technology in the automatic driving industry,and has gradually become a hot spot in the field of automatic driving research.The geographic information data involved in high-precision mapping activities is related to national strategic security and core interests,and high-precision map-related enterprises and practitioners should be fully aware of the importance and urgency of security compliance.From the perspective of safety compliance of high-precision map for automatic driv-ing,this paper sorts out the relevant laws and regulations involved in the whole process of high-precision map,and puts forward safety compliance recommendations,with a view to providing references for the commercialization of high-level automatic driving.
