摘要
提出一种从"全域、区块、地块"3 个尺度,"规模特征、集聚程度、空间形态"3 个维度进行农村居民点空间分布特征分析的方法.实验以长兴县为研究区,利用U-net神经网络模型提取多尺度农村居民点边界,并利用四项面积指标分析、热点分析及形状指数分析等方法,对居民点的分布特征进行多尺度分析与评价.研究结果表明:1)全域尺度上,研究区属于用地集约地区,且宅基地用地接近当地最低标准;2)区块尺度上,研究区农村居民点的面积属性呈现明显的"冷热点"特征;3)地块尺度上,研究区居民点主要呈现出条带形、分散形和片块形,整体图斑面积偏大、空间形态较为规整.多尺度空间特征分析对研究平原地区城镇化发展现状有着重要的现实意义.
Abstract
This paper puts forward a method to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of rural residential areas from three scales of＂whole region,block and plot＂,and three dimensions of ＂scale feature,agglomeration degree and spatial form＂.The experiment takes Changxing county as the research area,extracts multi-scale rural residential boundaries by using U-net neural network model,and analyzes and evaluates the distribution characteristics of residential areas by using four area indicators,kernel density estimation,hot spot analysis and shape index analysis.The results show that:(1)On the scale of the whole area,the study area is a land-inten-sive area,and the homestead land is close to the local minimum standard.(2)At the block scale,the area attribute of rural residen-tial areas in the study area shows obvious＂cold hot spot＂ characteristics.(3)At the plot scale,the residential areas in the study area are mainly strip-shaped,scattered and block-shaped,and the overall map area is large and the spatial pattern is relatively regular.
