为解决实景三维模型OSGB格式文件碎、数量多,不符合三维模型I3S标准规范,难以形成高效、标准的网络发布方案的问题,本文阐述了I3S标准SLPK三维格式的特点及优势,制定了OSGB格式到SLPK格式的转换流程,基于Python语言和XML.DOM类库对OGSB模型的元数据文件解析,自动获取模型空间参考系统和原点坐标,并利用ArcGIS Pro ModelBuilder模型构建器参数化建模,实现三维实景模型自动格式转换,最后以四川某水电工程实景三维模型转换为例对该方法进行试验.试验表明,该方法普适、高效,能够为当前三维实景模型高效率、高准确性格式转换提供一定的经验参考.
Research of OSGB 3D Model Conversion Technologies Based on ArcGIS Pro
In order to solve the problem that the OSGB format files of the 3D real scene model are fragmented and numerous,which do not conform to the I3S standard specification of the 3D model,it is difficult to form an efficient and standard network publishing scheme.This paper expounds the characteristics and advantages of the I3S standard SLPK 3D format,formulates the conversion process from OSGB format to SLPK format,parses the metadata file of the OGSB model based on the Python language and XML.DOM class library,and automatically obtains the model spatial reference system and origin coordinates,and use ArcGIS Pro ModelBuilder model builder parametric modeling to realize automatic format conversion of 3D real scene model.Finally,taking a hydropower project in Sichuan province as an example,the method is tested,and the test shows that the method is universal and efficient,and can pro-vide a certain experience reference for the high-efficiency and high-accuracy format conversion of the current 3D real scene model.
