Research on Key Technologies of ＂One Map＂ for Urban Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Based on the Results of National Survey on Natural Disaster Risks
The first national survey on natural disaster risks provides data support for urban emergency management,and also puts for-ward new requirements for integrating various disaster risk data to build a comprehensive risk database and deepening the application of the survey results to realize the construction of one map for urban disaster prevention and mitigation.Based on the relevant documents of the disaster risks survey office of the state council on the comprehensive risk database of natural disasters and the application of sur-vey results,this paper studies the total factor data of disaster risks related to disaster prevention and mitigation,and develops a data management system for methods which integrate data collection,processing,database construction and updating.The key technologies involved in the construction of one map for urban disaster prevention and mitigation are studied at the level of visualization method combined with online and offline,and the design and implementation of application examples are carried out by taking the disaster risk data of urban housing construction as an example.
