基于天地图的地质灾害群测群防系统设计与实现

地质灾害群测群防体系建设是地质灾害管理最有效的手段之一,但目前地质灾害群测群防管理存在监测技术落后、管理信息化程度低等问题.本文以此为切入点,根据地质灾害群测群防的新需求,借助WebGIS、天地图以及云服务等先进的平台、技术和方法,探讨了"升级版"地质灾害群测群防体系,构建了地质灾害群测群防数据库,搭建地质灾害群测群防系统,实现了地质灾害隐患点的群测群防全覆盖,减少人员伤亡和财产损失、增强公众防灾意识和能力,提高了地质灾害群测群防的管理效率.
Design and Implementation of Geological Disaster Group Measurement and Prevention System Based on Map World
The construction of geological disaster group measurement and prevention system is the most effective means of geological disaster management,but the current geological disaster group measurement and prevention management has some problems such as backward monitoring technology and low level of management information.As a breakthrough point in this paper,according to the new demand of geological disasters group measurement and prevention system,with the help of advanced platforms,technologies and meth-ods such as WebGIS,Map World and cloud services,probes into the"upgrade" of geological disaster group measurement and preven-tion system,build the geological disaster group measurement and prevention database,structures,set up a geological disaster group measurement and prevention system,achieve full coverage of geological disaster hidden danger points,reduce casualties and property losses,enhance public disaster prevention awareness and ability,and improve the management efficiency of mass detection and pre-vention of geological disasters.
