地理信息数据安全直接关系到国家主权、安全和利益.伴随信息产业的迅猛发展,地理信息数据的使用管理面临极大安全隐患,严重制约着地理信息产业安全可持续发展,故从社会环境、使用单位、监管部门、政策法律和技术手段等方面,对我国地理信息数据使用和管理中存在的安全风险进行分析,进而提出对策建议,为地理信息安全保驾护航.
Abstract
The security of geographic Information data is directly related to national sovereignty,security and interests.With the rapid development of the information industry,the use and management of geographic Information data faces great security risks,which seri-ously restricts the safe and sustainable development of the geographic information industry.Therefore,this paper analyzes the security risks existing in the use and management of geographic information data in China from the aspects of social environment,user units,supervision department,policies and laws,and technical means,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,aims to pro-tect the geographic information security.
