摘要
从城市水资源管理需求出发,以时空信息云平台提供的地理信息服务框架为基础,利用GIS、物联网以及4G/5G通信等技术,搭建水资源管理"一张图"系统,让水资源管理从"纸质、文档管水"到"以图管水"的转变,为水资源管理工作提供了一个良好的成果展示、业务管理和决策支持的信息平台,在城市水资源专题信息管理、数据共享交换以及应用服务等方面具有良好的示范意义.
Abstract
Starting from the needs of urban water resources management,based on the geographic information service framework pro-vided by the spatio-temporal information cloud platform,and utilizing technologies such as GIS,Internet of Things,and 4G/5G com-munication and other technologies,the ＂One map＂ system of water resources management is built to transform water resources man-agement from ＂paper and document management of water＂ to＂map management of water＂.It provides a good information platform of achievement display,business management and decision support for water resources management,and has a good demonstration signif-icance in urban water resources thematic information management,data sharing and exchange,and application services.
