Under the background of "Internet+", aiming at the problems of single teaching goal, relative separation of teaching and scientific research, and confusion of curriculum system, this study proposes to carry out the reform of teaching goals and to cultivate innovative and application-oriented talents. The innovation and reform of teaching models can promote the comprehensive optimization and integration of GIS professional development courses based on the overall approach of "curriculum+major+subject" and "teaching+competition+scientific research"; it explores the construction of curriculum system and constructs the "four in one" curriculum system of GIS development curriculum group. The practice shows that the construction of GIS development course group has achieved good re-sults, greatly improved students' learning attitude, improved students' independent learning and scientific research innovation ability, and formed a benign cycle of GIS development course teaching system.
