Application and Reflections of Blockchain Technology in the Data Integration of Real Estate Unified Registration
At present, because real estate data has the characteristics of multi-agency supervision, fast data update, different formats and different media, the integration of real estate unified registration data still has problems of data security, data sharing and data col-leciton. Based on the advantages and characteristics of blockchain technology, this paper explores the introduction of blockchain tech-nology and ideas in the unified real estate registration data integration, uses distributed ledger technology to solve some pain points in the real estate registration business based on decentralization and non-tamperability, uses blockchain to transform the authorized de-pository link for data traceability and realizes the main idea of smart contracts, and composes the overall architecture for realizing the integration of real estate registration data. This study has implications for real estate registration database construction and real estate registration information sharing.
