In view of the fact that the "Operation guide for unified right confirmation and registration of natural resources (Trial)" does not make specific regulations on the methods of ownership investigation and the specific contents and treatment methods of verification in the right confirmation and registration of natural resources, and the current situation of prominent and complex ownership problems in the natural reserves, this paper takes Mang Mountain in Hunan province as an example, and puts forward the technical route, work-ing steps, and common problem handling opinions of ownership investigation and verification in the right confirmation and registration of natural resources in the natural reserve. The route and method are easy to understand and practice, and can provide a powerful ref-erence for the investigation and verification of the ownership in the right confirmation and registration of natural resources such as na-ture reserves.
