Remote Sensing Monitoring of Vegetation Coverage in Kaifeng Section of the Yellow River Basin
Vegetation coverage is an important indicator reflecting the ecological environment construction and greening level of a re-gion. Taking Kaifeng section of the Yellow River basin as the research object, this research uses NDVI-MVC data to inverse the annu-al maximum vegetation coverage in the study area from 2013 to 2020 and analyze the temporal variation characteristics and spatial dis-tribution pattern of vegetation coverage; combined with Theil-Sen Median trend analysis and Mann-Kendall significance test, it analy-zes the evolution trend characteristics of vegetation coverage in the study area; finally, Pearson correlation analysis method is used to analyze the impact of temperature and precipitation on vegetation coverage. The study on the temporal and spatial changes of vegetation coverage and its influencing factors in Kaifeng section of the Yellow River basin can provide effective theoretical support and decision-making basis for ecological environment protection, ecological civilization construction and soil and water conservation monitoring in this region.
