Aiming at the problems existing in rural human living environment regulation, the technical solution of "one map" precise regulation is proposed.The paper analyzes the rural environmental regulation business, integrates multi-source geographic information, shares data and Web API microservices at the service layer and aggregates multiple types of information services at the application lay-er. It establishes a coordinated supervision system by developing "one map" management system for the managers and mobile positio-ning survey system for the investigators. To meet the high number of concurrent service requests, it also sets up the high availability information service system for providing continuous information services. Finally, according to the system integration test and practical application, the paper proves the effectiveness of the method.
