Research on the Overall Construction Technical Roadmap of Implementation and Monitoring of Land Spatial Planning at the District and County Levels
As an important part of the national land spatial planning, monitoring and evaluation of planning implementation is a practi-cal examination and feedback on whether the planning can achieve the macro development guide, established development goals and related development theories and is a necessary guarantee for achieving the planning goals. This article elaborates on the overall con-struction ideas of land spatial planning monitoring at the district and county levels, with a focus on the construction of technical road-map for spatiotemporal data governance, indicator system, and monitoring, evaluation and early warning model system. It describes the framework composition and functions of the information management platform for land spatial planning implementation monitoring, providing reference for the pilot construction of land spatial planning implementation monitoring networks at the district and county lev-els.
