The legalization of the unified registration of natural resources and the real estate registration makes the property rights sys-tem of natural resources assets in China have a clear and clear ownership and responsibility relationship. The article based on the prac-tice of the right confirmation and registration of Shengjin Lake National Nature Reserve in Anhui Province, analyzed the implementa-tion ideas and key technical points of the unified registration of natural resources rights, discussed the difficult issues encountered in the practice process, and proposed corresponding solutions based on the actual situation in Anhui.
