某类航天工程的精密方位基准测量作业中,有大量几米到数十米的短边,测量点位的对中误差成为制约方位基准测量成果精度提升的主要误差源;点位对中速度则是影响测量作业效率和成果时效性的重要因素.为提高方位基准测量成果的精度,运用螺旋微动步进原理和垂直轴可视技术,设计了精密对中设备及其作业使用流程,实现了测量点位的快速精密对中.
A Precision Displacement Alignment Equipment and Its Application
There are a lot of short sides ranging from several meters to tens of meters in the precision azimuth datum measurement of a certain kind of aerospace engineering. The alignment error of measurement points has become the main error source restricting the im-provement of the accuracy of datum azimuth measurement results; The speed of point alignment is an important factor affecting the effi-ciency of measurement and the timeliness of results. In order to improve the accuracy of azimuth datum measurement results, this pa-per uses screw micro stepping principle and the vertical axis visual technology to design the precise alignment equipment and its opera-tion process, and the rapid and precise alignment of measuring points is realized.
