摘要

结合项目实践,总结了一套以大比例尺地形图、地下空间、地下管线为代表的城市基础地理信息实现生产和建库一体化的解决方案.方案基于EPS地理信息工作站进行数据建库,采用ELT工具实现数据的自动化清洗,大幅减少了手动处理工作量.方案的应用升级了数据采编技术,统一了生产和管理平台,并实现了数据库要素级的动态更新,以便更加科学、有效、及时地满足辖区测绘管理工作的需要,以及社会各个领域对空间信息的应用需求.

Abstract

Combined with the project practice,this paper summarizes a set of solutions for the integration of urban basic geographic in-formation production and database construction,which is represented by large-scale topographic maps,underground space and under-ground pipelines.The scheme is based on EPS geographic information workstation to build database,and adopts ELT tool to realize automatic data cleaning,which greatly reduces the manual processing workload.The application of the scheme upgrades the data ac-quisition and compilation technology,unifies the production and management platform,and realizes the dynamic update of the data-base element level,so as to meet the needs of the survey and mapping management of the jurisdiction more scientifically,effectively and timely,as well as the application needs of spatial information in various fields of society.
