摘要

随着人类工业化进程的加快,生态问题日益严重,生态系统变得越来越脆弱.如何做好气象监测,防患于未然,已成为城市管理需要解决的首要问题之一.本文结合辽宁的实际情况,采用SuperMap iServer、SuperMap iClient for Leaflet API、POSTGIS和VS Code 软件设计开发了气象管理信息系统,系统实现了地图浏览、查询、灾害统计、气象分析和风险评估等功能模块,对气象信息和气象灾害的科学管理起到了很好的支撑作用.

Abstract

With the acceleration of human industrialization,ecological problems have become increasingly serious and ecosystems have become more and more fragile.How to do a good job in meteorological monitoring and take preventive measures has become one of the primary issues of urban management.Therefore,based on the actual situation of Liaoning,this paper uses SuperMap iServer,Super-Map iClient for Leaflet API,PostGIS and VS Code software to design and develop a meteorological management information system.The system implements functional modules such as map browsing,query,disaster statistics,meteorological analysis and risk assess-ment,which has played a good supporting role in the scientific management of meteorological information and meteorological disasters.
