城市更新背景下的老旧小区改造管理平台建设研究

摘要
在城市更新的大背景下,老旧小区改造作为城市更新最为重要的民生工作,受到了外界的普遍关注.为解决传统老旧小区改造管理存在的信息化程度低、改造进度把控难以及资金利用监管难问题,本文利用WebGIS、云计算以及大数据先进技术,探讨了老旧小区改造工作流程,设计并搭建了老旧小区改造管理平台,实现了老旧小区信息化、精细化以及智能化管理,极大地提高了老旧小区管理效率和水平.
Abstract
Under the background of urban renewal,the renovation of old residential compounds,as the most important work of people's livelihood in urban renewal,has attracted widespread attention from the outside world.In order to solve the problems existing in the renovation management of traditional old residential compounds,such as low informatization degree,difficult control of renovation pro-gress and difficult supervision of capital utilization,this paper uses advanced technologies such as WebGIS,cloud computing and big data to discuss the work flow of the renovation of old residential compounds and designs and builds a management platform for the reno-vation of old residential compounds.It has realized the informatization,refinement and intelligent management of the old compound,and greatly improved the management efficiency and level of the old compound.
