摘要
智慧城市是当前城市信息化发展的重要方向,智慧城市时空大数据平台涵盖时空大数据、云平台、智慧应用等多项内容,多专业的项目特点对监理工作提出更高要求.针对该类型项目专业多、子项多、协调难等问题,本文打破单一工程监理思路,设计了基于测绘工程监理和信息系统工程监理的协同监理工作框架,应用于智慧长沙时空信息云平台项目监理实施中,实现了协同监理工作目标,达到了良好的监理效果,有力保障了项目顺利实施,为国内同类型项目提供监理经验与借鉴.
Abstract
Smart city is an important direction of urban informatization development.The spatio-temporal big data platform of smart city covers spatio-temporal big data,cloud platform and intelligent application,which makes higher requirements for supervision.Considering the characteristics of spatio-temporal big data and platform for smart city such as multiple professions,large amount of subprojects,and difficulty of coordination,this paper abandons the traditional single supervision form,designs the framework of col-laborative supervision based on surveying and mapping engineering supervision and information system engineering supervision and successfully applied to the supervision practice of Smart Changsha spatio-temporal information cloud platform.It shows that the collab-orative supervision framework achieves good supervision effect,ensures the smooth implementation of the project and provides supervi-sion experience and reference for similar projects.
