摘要
为了满足人防工程信息化、科学化管理需求,改变传统信息化程度低、先进技术手段利用少、数据更新不及时等问题,本文利用WebGIS技术,探讨了人防工程管理信息系统的实现方式,从系统建设的必要性、系统设计、数据库建设、功能实现等方面进行了详细阐述.实践证明,该系统的建设实现了人防工程信息的"图、属、档"一体化管理以及人防工程业务的信息化管理,提高了人防工程平战结合的利用效率和能力.
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of civil air defense engineering informatization and scientific management,and solve the problems of low traditional informatization,less use of advanced technical means and delayed data update,this paper uses WebGIS technology to discuss the implementation of civil air defense engineering management information system,and makes a detailed discussion from the aspects of system construction necessity,system design,database construction and function realization.Practice has proved that the construction of this system realizes the integrated management of"maps,attributes and archives"of civil air defense engineering infor-mation and the information management of civil air defense engineering business and improves the efficiency and ability of civil air de-fense engineering in peacetime and wartime.
