城市治理三维指挥平台关键技术研究

以构建济宁市兖州区城市治理三维指挥平台为例,阐述以倾斜摄影、地理信息系统、数据库等技术构建三维管理平台的技术流程、技术关键点、核心功能等内容,为加强和创新城市管理提供新工具.结果表明:以GIS平台为基础,采用模型单体化、数据库等技术,调用倾斜模型、人口、房屋等数据,构建的城市治理三维指挥平台可以弥补二维管理平台的不足,为城市管理提供更有力的技术支撑.
Research on Key Technologies of 3D Command Platform for Urban Governance
This paper takes the construction of Yanzhou district urban governance three-dimensional command platform in Jining city as an example,expounds the construction of three-dimensional management platform with oblique photogrammetry,geographic infor-mation system,database and other technologies,such as technical process,technical points,core functions and other contents,which provides a new tool for strengthening and innovating urban management.The results show that:based on GIS platform,using 3D mod-el decomposition,database and other technologies,and calling oblique models,population,housing and other data,the three-dimen-sional command platform for urban governance can make up for the deficiency of two-dimensional management platform,and provide more powerful technical support for urban management.
