Design and Implementation of Law Enforcement and Supervision Platform of Natural Resources Based on GIS
In view of the current management and supervision problems encountered by the law enforcement and supervision of natural resources,according to the actual requirements of provincial natural resources law enforcement and supervision,this paper takes"sky observation,ground investigation and online management"as the guiding ideology,utilizes GIS,RS,GPS,cloud computing and mo-bile internet and other advanced technologies,based on the micro-service technical framework,builds and integration management system of natural resources law enforcement and supervision at province,city,county and section levels,establishes the platform of natural resources law enforcement and supervision,realizes the natural resources law enforcement and supervision management on per-sonal computer and natural resources law enforcement patrolling management on mobile phone,which highlights law enforcement level of science and technology,enhances the natural resource protection and regulation ability and solves the law enforcement problems.
