三维激光扫描技术在不动产权籍调查中的应用

针对传统测绘方法效率低、成本高等弊端,本文采用三维激光扫描技术进行不动产权籍测绘,对其组成架构、扫描原理及作业流程进行详细介绍,并利用某地区不动产权籍调查项目对三维激光扫描技术的可行性及成果可靠性进行分析研究,选择209 个检核点与常规测绘方法进行对比分析,其中共有205 个点满足规范限差要求,精度较高,且大大提升了不动产权籍调查测绘效率,为后续不动产确权工作提供了较为准确可靠的数据支撑.
Application of 3D Laser Scanning Technology in Real Estate Registration Investigation
Aiming at the disadvantages of low efficiency and high cost of traditional surveying and mapping methods,this paper adopts 3D laser scanning technology for real estate registration surveying and mapping.By introducing its composition and architecture,scan-ning principle and operating process in detail,the feasibility of the 3D laser scanning technology and the reliability of the results were analyzed and studied.209 inspection points were selected for comparison and analysis with points collected by conventional surveying and mapping methods,of which a total of 205 points with high accuracy met the specification tolerance requirements,which greatly improved efficiency of real estate registration surveying and mapping task and provided more accurate and reliable data support for sub-sequent real estate ownership confirmation.
