With the development of informatization era and the transformation of surveying and mapping geographic information indus-try,the traditional management mode has exposed obvious shortcomings,and it is the general trend to establish a new informatization surveying and mapping project management system. To meet the requirements of informatization management,this paper integrated the existing computation,storage and other hardware resources,combined with geographical information technology,realized the whole process of network management system of surveying and mapping,constructed the graph-attribute integrated surveying and mapping project production management platform. It realized the combination and unified management of surveying and mapping project man-agement information and the project spatial location information. The aim is to further improve the level of refined management of sur-veying and mapping projects,and promote the transformation and upgrading of surveying and mapping project management mode from digitalization to informatization and intelligence.
