Design and Implementation of Land Approval System for Major Construction Projects
In order to further promote the reform of "streamline the government,delegate power,and improve government services",deepen the reform of the engineering construction project approval system,this article in view of the major problems existing in the land approval of construction projects,from the "streamlining","delegating","combining","transferring" and "adjusting" re-shaped the major construction projects land approval process,built a major construction project "one blueprint" database for land ap-proval. A land approval system for major construction projects has been set up,and functions such as "one blueprint" display of major construction projects,online construction application hall,project approval management and external system docking management have been realized,greatly improving the efficiency of land approval for major construction projects.
