Taking the pilot results of Licheng district and Xiuyu district of Putian city,Fujian province as an example,based on the characteristics of FME software,a set of practical and effective workflow is proposed for the quality inspection of the results of the new fundamental basic surveying and mapping geographic entity database. In particular,it can be accurate,fast and convenient in the veri-fication of the semantic information of the geographical entities,providing a reference for the quality inspection of the results of the new fundamental surveying and mapping geographic entity database in Fujian province in the future.
