Research on the Key Technologies of Building Parcel Models Considering Real Estate Registration
Combined with the current situation of three-dimensional development and utilization of urban land in China,there is an ur-gent demand for the key technologies of building parcel models in the process of real estate ownership confirmation and registration and management,and its core is the rapid building of parcel models. Based on BIM technology,the key technologies of building parcel models is explored,studied and realized. Combined with the construction of Qingdao city information system of the third national land survey,the practical application is carried out,and good application results are achieved,which can provide important key technical support for the next promotion of "three-dimensional land management model with three-dimensional cadastre as the core".
