无人机倾斜摄影测量在水库巡检中的应用

为保障水库的运行安全,便于水库的日常管理,需要对水库进行巡检.在地势复杂、库区较大的水库,采用传统人工巡检模式效率低、耗时多、成本高,且不能对巡检区域现场情况进行全面、及时反馈.本文以某水库为例,利用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术,采用ContextCaptur软件对水库进行真三维模型建立,掌握水库大坝等水利工程的安全及库区的生态环境、污染环境状态.实践表明:采用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术,既提高了巡检的效率,又减少了巡检的成本,同时由于三维模型高精度、真实还原了水库的三维纹理信息,为水库的智能化、可视化管理提供了有力的技术支撑,为其他水库及其他类型的水利设施的管理也提供了经验.
Application of UAV Oblique Photogrammetry in Reservoir Patrol Inspection
In order to ensure the safety of the reservoir operation and facilitate the daily management of the reservoir,it is necessary to patrol and inspect the reservoir. In the reservoir with complex terrain and large reservoir area,the traditional manual inspection mode is low efficiency,time-consuming,high cost and cannot give comprehensive and timely feedback to the inspection area. Taking a res-ervoir as an example,this paper uses UAV oblique photogrammetry technology and ContextCapture software to establish a real three-dimensional model of the reservoir,so as to grasp the safety of water conservancy projects such as reservoir dams and the ecological en-vironment and pollution environment of the reservoir area. The practice shows that the use of UAV oblique photogrammetry technology not only improves the efficiency of inspection,but also reduces the cost of inspection. At the same time,due to the high accuracy and authenticity of the three-dimensional model,the three-dimensional texture information of the reservoir is rendered,which provides strong technical support for the intelligent and visual management of the reservoir,and also provides experience for the management of other reservoirs and other types of water conservancy facilities.
