Application of 3D Laser Scanning Technology in Renovation Survey of Old Residential Compounds
Three-dimensional laser scanning technology has been applied more and more widely in the field of surveying and mapping engineering thanks to its advantages of speediness,accuracy and non-contact. Taking Leica RTC360 three-dimensional laser scanner as an example,this paper introduces its technical process and application in the renovation survey of old residential compounds,and evaluates the accuracy of the survey results with the engineering example of an old residential compound in Chaoyang district,Beijing. The feasibility of applying 3D laser scanning technology to the renovation survey of old residential compounds is verified.
