摘要

针对基层社区治理中组织体系不完善、城市管理精细化程度不高,导致社区治理孪生平台建设中协同困难、信息共享效率低及联动滞后等痛点难点问题,本文依托数字孪生、GIS、物联网等技术,结合面向对象编程思想,重点从功能模块划分、全局数据状态管理、系统消息发布与订阅机制、通用功能组件封装等方面进行系统顶层设计,建立了一套面向基层社区治理的数字孪生平台框架.经实际项目验证取得良好效果,可为基层社区治理数字孪生平台建设提供一种新思路.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of coordination difficulties,low efficiency of information sharing and linkage lag in community gov-ernance digital twin platform construction,such as the imperfect organizational system and low degree of refinement of urban manage-ment in grassroots community governance. Based on digital twins,GIS,Internet of Things and other technologies,combined with ob-ject-oriented programming ideas,this paper focuses on the top-level design of the system from the aspects of function module divi-sion,global data state management,system message publishing and subscription mechanism,general function component packaging and so on,and establishes a set of digital twin platform framework for grassroots community governance. Good results have been ob-tained through the actual project verification,which can provide a new way of thinking for the construction of digital twin platform of grassroots community governance.
