Design and Implementation of Guangxi Emergency Surveying and Mapping Linkage Service Platform
In order to better respond to all kinds of emergencies in Guangxi,perform the emergency surveying and mapping statutory functions of "Surveying and Mapping Law",according to the business process of "Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Department of Natural Resources Emergency Surveying and Mapping Security Plan",under the concept of "connection,communication,usage,and transformation",this paper designs and implements a Guangxi emergency surveying and mapping linkage service platform which reali-zes "combination of peacetime and wartime,resource coordination,task coordination,team coordination". With this platform,it can unifiedly dispatch the various emergency surveying and mapping forces to complete the complex and difficult emergency surveying and mapping tasks efficiently.
