Design and Implementation of the Province Directly Managed Real Estate Registration System:Taking Hunan Province as an Example
Aiming at the problems of unclear base numbers and inadequate supervision of existing province directly managed real estate assets,combined with the actual situation in Hunan province,this paper proposes to conduct a real estate registration survey and es-tablish a provincial real estate management database that integrates space and attributes. On this basis,the provincial real estate regis-tration management system has been developed. The system realizes functions such as integrated management of real estate in province directly managed units,assets on one map,statistical analysis and dynamic monitoring. Subsequently,it can provide support and guarantee for comprehensively cataloging the province directly managed assets,standardizing management,activating real estate assets and strengthening ownership management and asset supervision.
