Design and Implementation of "Integration of Real Estate and Land" Rural Real Estate Ownership Confirmation Registration Pre-trial Analysis System Based on GIS
The "integration of real estate and land" work in Nansha district of Guangzhou has officially entered the stage of registration and certification. For real estate units applying for "integration of real estate and land" registration and certification,pre-trial analysis is required to determine whether they meet the conditions of registration and certification before follow-up work can be carried out. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the pre-trial analysis of "integration of real estate and land" in rural areas,this paper u-ses GIS technology to design the "integration of real estate and land" rural real estate ownership confirmation registration pre-trial a-nalysis system,which realizes many functions,such as real estate spatial analysis,automatic map generation,town street review and sorting,regulation and judgment,and results output and archiving,and effectively supports the pre-trial analysis,registration and certification of "integration of real estate and land". Practice has proved that the system has strong practicability,expansibility and stability.
